If an external threat is imminent (e.g., terrorist attack, airborne agents) you will be directed to remain inside the building and away from windows and doors. Follow instructions from emergency personnel until it is safe to exit.

If you are outside during an external threat, emergency personnel will direct you to an appropriate shelter. Other buildings may aleady have been locked down.

Stay in your assigned location until directed otherwise.
