In Marking Process
- Item Status date on or before June 23, 2008
At Bindery
- Item Status date on or before June 7, 2008
Missing (More than Six Months)
- all items marked missing before January 1, 2008
*** Staff in each location should perform one final search for all items. If the missing item is NOT found, add Item Status 'Lost-Library Applied', if it IS found simply discharge and remove the 'Missing' status.
The Missing process has changed to two reports: a weekly showing the most recent two weeks, and a monthly, showing items marked Missing six months previously.
E-mails are being sent with direct links to weekly reports -- let Andrea Loigman know if you should be added to the list.
