Voyager Windows Client: Voyager62Install.msi

To download and install the latest client:

• Click the image on the left or the link below it. Save the Voyager62Install.msi file to your Computer Desktop or other easy to find location.
  
• Navigate to your Computer Desktop or the location you chose to save the installer and double-click on the file Voyager62Install.msi to install it.
  
• Unless you require special modules, you should accept all of the default options. Click OK or Next wherever possible.
• After installation, you may be prompted to restart your computer.
  
• Once you have installed the new Voyager client you may find that your old shortcuts do not work. To create new ones, follow these steps:
  1. Delete the old shortcuts from the Desktop
  2. Go to START Menu--> PROGRAMS --> VOYAGER
  3. RIGHT click and hold on a Voyager client icon and drag it to the Voyager folder on your desktop until the folder icon is highlighted.
  4. When you release, another menu will pop up, select COPY HERE.
  5. Repeat for each client.
  6. You can also right click and drag icons directly onto the Desktop.
  
• You should delete the installer once the clients are installed on your system.

If you are having trouble installing the client try the following:

• Uninstall previous version of Voyager. From the "Start" menu select "Settings" then "Control Panel." From within the "Control Panel" folder select Add Remove Programs
• There may be 2-4 Voyager Items listed. Start from the TOP and uninstall each Voyager Item (names may be like Voyager System, Voyager Installer or Voyager Build). Highlight each item and select "Uninstall." When done close Add Remove Programs and the Control Panel.
• Delete the folder C:\Voyager on your computer's hard-drive. To do this, open "My Computer" on the desktop, then open the C: drive. Highlight the folder named "Voyager" and hit "Delete."
